If full payment cannot be made immediately, the deposit secures your spot while the balance remains due. \u003cstrong\u003eFull payment must be received prior to your event date unless other arrangements have been made with the Commander, Senior Vice Commander or Quartermaster.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCleaning Deposit\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA $50 cleaning deposit is required. It will be refunded if the hall is left clean and tables and chairs are returned to their designated locations in a satisfactory manner. No partial refunds.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eKitchen Access\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eKitchen access is included with all rentals, along with tables and chairs. You may use the kitchen or bring your own caterer. Renters must provide their own rags, towels, dish soap, and cooking supplies. One refrigerator is available. If you need to use the stove\/oven, please notify us in advance so we can turn on the gas and light the pilot.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eAlcoholic Beverages\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRenters are currently permitted to bring their own alcohol onto the premises. \u003cstrong\u003eSelling alcohol on the premises is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.\u003c\/strong\u003e We are happy to guide you through options for your event.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eHall Decorating Rules\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNo Post decorations or displays may be removed unless specifically authorized\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNo pushpins, tacks, nails, tape, or staples on the North walls\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eHooks on ceiling light fixtures and pins for light ceiling items are permitted — \u003cstrong\u003eNO tape on ceilings\u003c\/strong\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNo glitter\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNo open flames\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eVFW Post #1756 is not responsible for tablecloths or decorations\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAny damage is the responsibility of the renter\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eEarly Decorating Access\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf the hall is not booked the day prior to your event, you may have access to decorate early. Please confirm availability when booking.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCancellation Policy\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCancellations made less than \u003cstrong\u003e7 days\u003c\/strong\u003e prior to the rental date will result in forfeiture of the cleaning deposit. In the unlikely event VFW Post #1756 must cancel, the renter's full payment will be refunded and the agreement will be void.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eLimitation of Liability\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eVFW Post #1756, its officers, members, and agents assume no liability for injury to patrons, guests, or others on the rental property before, during, or after the rental period. Renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless VFW Post #1756 from any claims, damages, or injuries arising during the event.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRenters shall not conduct or allow any unlawful activities, including public intoxication, underage drinking, illicit drugs, or disorderly conduct. All minors must be accompanied by adults at all times.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRenters may not advertise their event in a way that implies VFW Post #1756 is sponsoring it.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePost officers and agents reserve the right to enter the rented premises at any time and to refuse service at any time.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003e✅ Agreement to Terms\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBy completing payment through this website, the renter acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to all rules, terms, and conditions outlined above.\u003c\/strong\u003e No separate contract is required.
