Our indoor vendor booths offer a comfortable, weather‑proof space inside VFW Post 1756 during our community vendor events. These spaces are perfect for makers, boutiques, crafters, and small businesses who want a reliable setup with steady foot traffic and a welcoming atmosphere.

Booth Details

  • Size: 8 ft x 10 ft indoor space

  • Location: Inside VFW Post 1756, Lincoln, Illinois

  • Electricity: Available upon request for $5 (please bring your own extension cords)
  • Climate‑controlled: Enjoy a comfortable indoor environment regardless of weather

  • Setup Time: The afternoon previous to the event from 4-6 PM and, the day of the event 7 AM

  • Advertising and promotion of the event

  • Access to restrooms

  • Great cross-conversations and networking with other vendors

What Vendors Should Bring

  • Tables and chairs (We do have a limited amount on site)
  • Table coverings, signage, and display materials

  • Any additional lighting or décor for your booth

  • Products clearly priced and ready for sale

Important Notes

  • Booth fees are non‑refundable.  If we have to cancel, your booth fee will roll over to the next event.

  • Vendors must remain set up for the full event duration.

  • Spaces are assigned on a first‑come, first‑paid basis.
